I’m Mary Lofgren.
I’m the proud creator of The Coterie, an award winning certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, and the host of the Come To Your Senses Podcast.

To support you in embodying the many luscious themes you discover in the masterclasses, every month we have Savant Happy Hour - a chance play, practice, and have an embodied experience alongside your fellows.
These 60-minute salons are a chance to let go of the pressure to “better” yourself, and sink into the radiance of BE-ing yourself. You’ll engage with transformative practices, receive coaching support, be accountable to your evolution, and allow your body to reveal wisdom that the mind cannot conceive of on its own. You’ll leave these circles feeling emboldened, inspired and deeply connected to the altar of answers within yourself.

We want to make sure that each person who joins the Coterie is a great fit for the experience. If after the first 20 days of the program you feel that it is not a fit for you, we’ll refund your payment, less a $250 administrative fee. After January 20th there are no credits, refunds or transfers for any reason.
